Question 1

How long does laundry take?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for everyday laundry. Bulky items like duvets, blankets and specialty garments may take slightly longer — we confirm exact timing when you book.

Question 2

Do you offer same-day service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, same-day service is available on request depending on load size and drop-off time. Message us on WhatsApp early in the day to confirm availability.

Question 3

Do you collect and deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We collect and deliver across Adams Mission, Amanzimtoti and surrounding areas. Just message us on WhatsApp with your address and preferred time.

Question 4

Can you remove stains?

Accepted Answer

We do our best on every stain using professional treatments, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed — stains are processed at the customer's own risk. Tell us about any stains when you book so we can pre-treat them.

Question 5

Do you clean duvets and blankets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — duvets from R60 and blankets from R60 depending on size and material. All bedding is deep-cleaned and returned fresh.

Question 6
